What is the return policy?
If you’re unhappy with your product for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that refunds can only be issued back to the original payment method. Additionally, the cost of shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No, we do not.
Where do you ship to?
WallKeep currently ships anywhere within the continental U.S. We will soon expand to other countries as well!
What are my shipping options?
Standard, free shipping to the USA lower 48 states is by UPS ground.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders should arrive anywhere from 1-6 days after purchase, depending on the end destination. Packages are shipped out the same day if an order is received before 2 p.m. ET, Monday to Friday. To see a transit time estimate, check out this delivery map.
Do you offer free shipping?
Absolutely! All orders or qualify for free standard domestic (USA lower 48) shipping.
How do I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a separate email with a tracking number. If you don’t see this in your inbox within 1-2 days of purchase, then check your spam or promotions folder.
I have my tracking number, so why is my package not moving?
Tracking technology isn’t always accurate, and updates from a carrier can take a day or two to appear online. Don’t worry, this is normal, and your package is still on the way as planned!
How do I know if my package is really lost?
If your tracking number hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time, then there’s a chance your package has been lost in transit. Don’t worry! Just send us an email at CustomerService@WallKeep.com and we’ll help get to the bottom of it.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
What happens if I receive a defective order?
We will make it right for you! Please email us at CustomerService@WallKeep.com and we will quickly refund or replace your order.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve made?
Contact us as soon as possible at CustomerService@WallKeep.com. If we can catch your order before it has been packaged and picked up by a carrier, then we will gladly modify it. If it has been sent out, you’ll need to place a new order for any additional items.
Why was I charged tax?
Local governments require us to automatically add in sales tax, based on your shipping address. Like most eCommerce merchants, we’re unpaid tax collectors and must remit this money to the authorities.
Will I be charged right away when I place an order?
Yes, your card will be charged as soon as an order is completed. To keep your account secure, we never store any of your payment information.
How do I know my order has been successfully placed?
After you complete an order, a thank you page will immediately appear. You’ll then receive a confirmation email roughly 10 minutes after the transaction has gone through. Can’t find it? Please check your spam or promotions folder for an email from WallKeep.
Where are you located?
WallKeep’s HQ is based in New York, while our warehouse and shipping center is in Florida.
Where are the products manufactured?
Our manufacturing facility is located in Moradabad, India.

Will my WallKeep look exactly like the photos?
While the dimensions and configuration will be exactly as shown, the color and grain of the wood may slightly vary. No two pieces of mango wood are identical, so no two WallKeep items could ever be the exact same. Some small differences may also occur, as deviations are inherent to our handcrafted manufacturing process. Neverthless, we use a one-by-one construction process to guarantee attention to detail, and assure quality in all of our products.
What is mango wood?
Mango wood is derived from the same trees that bear the fruit we eat. These trees are grown on managed plantations in India and produce mangos for roughly 10 years. Once they no longer bear the fruit, they are harvested for wood, and a new generation of trees is planted. Not only is the wood eco-friendly and sustainable, but it’s also strong with a beautiful grain!
How do I keep my WallKeep looking great?
An occasional dusting and wipe-down with a damp cloth will keep the design looking good as new.
How much weight can a MagHook carry?
Each MagHook is rated to hold up to a half pound. While the design is convenient, it is not suited to hold heavier items like hats, jackets, or dog leashes. For those types of items, use the side rod hanger.
How much total weight can a WallHub safely hold?
Provided the WallCleat is securely attached to a wall, the total weight capacity of a WallHub is 15 pounds.
What are the dimensions of the shelf area on a WallHub?
Each WallHub measures 14 inches wide by 5 1/2 inches deep (in front of the mail holder panel).
How much mail can the WallHub hold?
Each mail holder panel is spaced ¾ inch away from the wood backing, and can easily hold a dozen envelopes, or several magazines and folders.
What is the preferred location for mounting the WallHub?
Many people mount their Wallhub near their front or back door, to conveniently hold their out-the-door items. Other popular spots include the mudroom, or inside a coat closet.
Since the WallKeep system is modular and adaptable, it’s well suited for almost anywhere, such as the laundry room, garage, home office, game room, and more.
Do you have installation instructions?
Yes, we have great step-by-step instructions! A printed booklet is included with each Wallhub, but you can also download our guide here.
How do I mount my WallHub to a concrete or brick wall?
Our installation instructions show how to attach the shelf to a regular drywall or plaster wall, but the procedure for mounting to a masonry wall is nearly identical.
To pierce through the tough walls, use a proper masonry drill bit, then utilize our supplied anchors and screws to secure the WallCleat bar.
How do I make sure my WallHub is mounted completely level and straight?
We recommend using a small carpenter’s level (also known as a bullet level or spirit level).
Alternatively, you can use your phone as a level! If you have an iPhone, just use the built-in feature found here
If you have an Android, you can easily grab an app. We think ‘Bubble Level – Level Tool' by Simple Design Ltd. is great.
Thankfully, our patent-pending WallCleat bar makes it super easy to hang your WallHub level and straight. Just secure the center fastener, then check to make sure it’s level before drilling the two end holes.
